This is the heaviest element number 118 so far created and discovered. It is essentially at the end of the standard periodic table as we know it.  With a maximum half-life of around 0.89 milliseconds, this element may have some properties of the noble gases but could be solid rather than gas due to it needing so many electrons around it due to relativistic effects.

Elements beyond this would extend the periodic table considerably.

There are real technical challenges to creating heavier elements but there seems a good chance that it is possible. For example being able to discover the 'island of stability’.
