What is Canberra Fashion?

Canberra fashion is basically about the kinds of fashion people in and around Canberra are wearing. Canberra fashion is largely influenced by the fashions of Sydney and Melbourne and these are in turn influenced by world fashions.

Fashion in Canberra is very dominated by the public service conservative styles. But this can often be contrasted with occasional rebellioness against this.

Why Canberra Fashion is important

Canberra fashion has a value from a range of perspectives. From the general fashion perspective as outlined in Fashion ClearlyExplained.Com.

What is the history of Canberra Fashion?

Canberra fashion history is really a history of the social trends very much inlfluenced by the surrounding areas.

Canberra fashion history is probably very influenced by the nature of what canberra itself actually is for. As an adminstrative centre of Australian government there is likely to have been quite a conservative style particularly during the week.

Canberra history in started back in 1911 ( when Canberra first came in to existance as the capital of Australia) and hence the fashions associated were influenced by the fashions at that time.

Canberra fashion history can be considered in those periods such as the 1920s, 30s, 1940s, 50s, '60s, 70s and 80s and 90s.
