Is clothing " practically a walking sculpture"?

This question is less obvious to answer. It depends rather heavily on how a scuplture is traditionally defined. Normally a sculpture is something that is static and it does not have moeving parts or even parts that move. It is possible to think of some sculptures and being made of wire or metal and having the potential for maintaining a specific shape even if there is a sense of movement.

Fashion if it is moving can't be really thought of as walking sculpture. However, if the fashion is still and not moving it could be considered a kind of sculpture.

The origins of the word sculpture means "to carve" and the only thing that can be carved normally is something that is solid. There are very few garments that are totally solid, perhaps the only thing close to this could be armour worn in battle. So perhaps battle field fashions may come to mind.

The classic sculpture of "The Thinker". Is this fashion?

A walking sculpture might be solid pieces that could be attached to a piece of garment. Jewellery might be better thought of as walking sculpture.
