Looking into your computer screen for long periods of time may increase your chances of developing glaucoma ( a kind of disease that increases the pressure of fluid in the eye) and other sight problems.

The study was reccently published by a Japanese team led by Dr. Masayuki Tatemichi of Toho University School of Medicine.

Their study measured the sight of some 10 202 Japanese workers and found significant correlations of those with sight problems who worked using computer screens than those who did not.
