HD TV- High Definition Television

A digital TV standard that allows greater than 720 lines of resolution on the screen but also allows for greater width on the screen.

Current resolutions are

• (width)1280×1080 (height) so called 1080p
• 1440×1080 so called 1080i
• 1366×768 HD ready (older product)
