LCD - Liquid Crystal Display

A type of display for showing images that uses liquid crystals. These screens are always flat and use tiny electrical currents to change individual pixels on the screen.

There are quite a few different types of LCD displays from simple black and white styles like on digitals watches to full colour computer screens.
